Description

From very window of this beautifully presented detached dormer bungalow there are lovely countryside, mountain or sea views. Dolwen also enjoys an enviable elevated position on the outskirts of Llanbedrog, just over a mile from the famous, beach hut adorned, National Trust beach.

A porch leads to the large kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge as well as to a utility room with a second fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a WC. From the main hallway there is the dining room and the lounge, both with patio doors out to the deck; SKY HD TV, DVD and CD players and WiFi. The downstairs double bedroom also has doors out to the deck and there is a further bedroom with twin beds and a luxury bathroom with separate shower cubicle on this floor. Upstairs there is a kingsize bed room with ensuite shower room and an L-shaped twin room.

The large floating deck, with furniture, that wraps round the back of the property is the perfect space to really appreciate the stunning panoramic views over Cardigan Bay and the large garden provides a good degree of privacy. Dolwen also benefits from a driveway and garage to allow for plenty of parking and a store for bikes/sports equipment. A great base for a larger family looking to make the most of a holiday in the area.
