This area boasts many attractions within a short drive. Llanrwst is the nearest town with walks by the river and plenty of tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, and the fascinating Gwydir Castle and gardens where guided visits can be arranged. The popular village of Betws-y-Coed is known as the gateway to Snowdonia, with mountain biking, walking, shops, cafes and pubs. The pretty Conwy valley has the National Trust's Bodnant Gardens, Bodnant Welsh Food centre and the new Surf Snowdonia surf and splash park in Dolgarrog, 10 miles. Further down the Conwy valley is Conwy itself, a lovely walled town and castle nestled on the estuary with boat trips, coastal walking and cycling and some historic properties to visit. A little further afield is Blaenau Ffestiniog, 20 miles, with the Ffestiniog Railway, slate caverns and the world-famous Zip World Titan and Bounce Below underground trampolines. Reviews

A lovely cottage peaceful and beautiful views. Lovely, helpful and friendly owners. Lots of places to visit and see. Lots of dog friendly places and walks. A lovely place to stay.

Mrs Deana S,

For us the cottage is ideal. Apart from the farm, we are miles away from anywhere with wonderful scenery and with peace & quiet. Wonderful. Yet, it's central for any visits we like to make, Llandudno, Betws-y-Coed etc. Llanrwst is nearest and essential. Perfect for all needs and occasional extravagances.

Previous Customer,

A wonderfully quiet and peaceful fortnight once again. Lovely area and a cosy cottage. Thank you.

Previous Customer,

Once again, more wonderful memories. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts, as it has given us the time as a family to appreciate how important life is, and to cherish the time you have together. Life is short! The bath was the highlight, again for Kieron - who knew so much fun could be had with a jug and a cup! Thank you.

Previous Customer,

Lovely cottage, such a peaceful spot. The courtyard was perfect for the dog. Many thanks!
