110 Cae Du is a bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the residential Cae Du estate, with a shop just a few minutes’ walk away and the rest of the amenities of Abersoch, along with the popular sandy beaches, only half a mile.

The lounge is a good size with a large corner sofa and pouffes for extra seating as well as the dining table with 6 chairs. There is a good amount of tech with a 42” flatscreen Freeview TV, DVD player and surround sound and WiFi. The kitchen is also modern and stylish with electric oven and hob, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave Dualit accessories and a breakfast bar with 3 stools.

Each of the three bedrooms has a Freeview TV, 2 with built in DVD players, and there is one kingsize bed and two double beds. The bathroom is fully tiled with a white suite and a shower over the bath. A couple of steps lead down from the lounge patio doors to the decked area with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, great for al-fresco dining. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn. To the front of the property there is private parking for two cars.
