Brenig, 250 Cae Du, is spacious and modern family holiday home is ideally located in a quiet cul de sac just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Abersoch village, with its shops, restaurants and bars. Set across 3 floors, 250 Cae Du boasts a lovely recently refitted glass balcony at the front of the property with contemporary dining table and an enclosed rear garden and small patio area to the rear.

The house is beautifully furnished throughout and provides excellent accommodation over 3 floors. The living area lies on the 1st floor and has a light airy feel with open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The second floor has a large master bedroom and bathroom. On the ground floor are a further 2 good size bedrooms, a shower-room and peaceful conservatory. The house has an enclosed garden to the rear and off-road parking at the front.
