33 Tan y Gaer is a popular, well-presented dormer bungalow, located in an elevated residential crescent, just a short stroll from Abersoch village with its shops, restaurants and wide sandy beaches. This holiday home has a spacious interior, great views over to the coast and Snowdonia and a large private garden to the rear. This is the perfect holiday home for adults and children alike.

A front porch, with convenient hanging space and shoe rack, leads to the welcoming hallway. The large living/dining room has sumptuous seating set around a stone fireplace with electric log burner style stove, coffee tables, dresser, flatscreen TV/DVD and WiFi. The rear dining area has a large table and chairs with a hatch through to the kitchen. To the front is the bright and airy conservatory with rattan furniture. The well equipped kitchen has an integrated double oven, grill and hob, larder style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, pantry cupboard and small breakfast table. A separate utility room houses the washer/dryer, with a door leading to the enclosed lawn and decking area. Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms; the master bedroom with king size bed and large en suite bathroom, with corner bath with shower over, and a bunk room with adult size bunk beds. There is a cloak room with WC and basin also on this floor. Stairs lead from the hall to a landing area with small reading area. There are a further two bedrooms on this floor; a spacious and elegant room with super king size bed, occasional chair and superb views from the dual aspect windows, also a traditional twin room with views. The family bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.

At the rear of the property is a well-stocked and colourful private enclosed garden with lawn, raised decking area, large patio and further small patio equipped with garden furniture, barbeque, and sun loungers, enabling guests a place to catch the sun throughout the day. The garden is ideal for children. There is ample parking for three cars on the front drive.
