Gather the family for a break by the beach; this modern townhouse has three lovely bedrooms plus an enclosed courtyard garden and would be great for a multi-generational getaway. It’s dog-friendly too, so no one has to miss out on the holiday fun!

Fabulously located just 300 metres from Abersoch’s Harbour Beach, this contemporary holiday home offers comfortable accommodation across three floors. Step through the bright entrance hall and you’ll find an elegant lounge with coordinating sofas and doors leading onto a spacious kitchen/diner complete with all the self-catering essentials, a traditional dining suite and French doors into the rear courtyard. A shower room completes the convenience of the ground floor, which is complemented on the first floor by a modern family bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower. Also on this upper floor are two double bedrooms, one with French doors leading onto a small balcony with seats and views towards the inner harbour, the other with views over the rear courtyard. Above, the second-floor bedroom features a double and a single bed. To extend your living space and enjoy the fresh air for longer, simply move from the kitchen into the enclosed courtyard at the rear of the property – there’s outdoor seating and a BBQ so you can entertain beneath the stars. A small balcony allows the sea breeze into one of the first-floor bedrooms too – what a refreshing way to wake up!

The sailing fraternity loves Abersoch and there’s always a genial atmosphere in the local shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. The beach here is sheltered and safe for swimming, sailing and windsurfing; for more water-based thrills, head to the surf beaches just around the corner at Porth Ceiriad and Porth Neigwl (both less than 3 miles by road). 3 miles in the opposite direction, Llanbedrog is renowned for having the most sheltered beach in North Wales.
