M23 is a compact 3 bedroom chalet with countryside views towards Llanbedrog headland and just a minutes' walk from the long sandy Warren beach. Outside lies a lovely front and side raised and enclosed stone patio ideal for outdoor dining or catching some sunshine. Steps from the side patio lead to a a public grass area which offers sea views across towards St Tudwal's Islands.

Inside the chalet there is an open plan lounge kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms, a shower room and further convenient cloakroom. All a perfect base for a family beach holiday.

The exclusive Warren holiday park offers a restaurant and bar, shop and luxury on site sports and leisure facilities catering for all tastes and ages and for all weathers and seasons and include 3 outdoor swimming pools and indoor heated pool.

Guests gain temporary membership of the Haulfryn Leisure club at The Warren for the duration of their stay, this includes :

Due to covid19 there are limited facilities available at The Warren until further notice. Outdoor seating and takeaway facilities are available. The pool bar is open but leisure facilities including the indoor pool, games lobby, soft play area, gym and SPA are currently closed

Other vehicles are not allowed on any beach or adjoining land unless authorised by the Park Owner or Local Authority; local conditions may apply. Bicycles must be ridden in a safe and considerate manner.
  • please note that guests staying on park may not bring jet-skis and boats due to council restrictions and regulations.
