The family-friendly coastal retreat is just 0.5 miles from Abersoch, on the gorgeous Llyn Peninsula. The property sleeps five guests and has an open-plan, sociable layout and large garden for al fresco entertaining. The bustling village has an excellent range of cafes and restaurants, as well as sandy beaches and easy access to the Wales Coast Path.

Steps lead to the detached holiday home, which has a subtle seaside theme and tones of aquamarine in the soft furnishings, offering a nod to the surrounding landscape. The property is arranged across one level and has an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner overlooking the garden. Stylish seating, including a sumptuous corner sofa, is set around the Smart TV, so you can enjoy movie nights together. There’s also a Nintendo Wii for your entertainment. Perch at the breakfast bar for informal dining, or gather at the dining table for memorable mealtimes. Bi-fold doors open onto the patio, to extend the living space outdoors on warm days. A king-size bedroom and a flexible triple bedroom, along with a sleek bathroom, complete the accommodation. The enclosed, rear garden has a patio with furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining and, up some steps, a large lawn where children can play.

The stylish village of Abersoch offers a great choice of independent shops and eateries serving delicious local produce. You’ll be less than 0.5 miles from the village’s main, sandy beach and there’s also a sailing school where you can hire a variety of vessels to get out on the water. Keen surfers will enjoy a visit to the beach at Porth Neigwl (2 miles), which is one of the peninsula’s top surfing spots. The Wales Coast Path passes through Abersoch, allowing you to explore the hidden beaches and bays to the south and west of the village.

We had a great weekend staying in Penduick. It was a beautiful 2 bed cottage, very clean with all the amenities we required. Also in a great location with the shiop only 2 mins away and the town centre just 5 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend

We were looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly property with parking, an enclosed garden and near a beach and we could not have asked for anything better.

This was our 1st break away since getting our golden retriever pup, she is 5 months old now and very well behaved. We felt the cottage was very comfortable and welcoming for us as a family great location for beach walks. it was very handy to come through the side fence and use the hose on our mucky pup We would definetly book again.
