Tawelfor is a spacious ground floor apartment, forming part of a large semi-detached house in the centre of Abersoch. There are sea views from the main rooms and the property is within walking distance of the beach and other local facilities. The apartment is decorated and furnished in contemporary style, featuring some stunning, vibrant colour schemes and patterns. 

Tawelfor is entered via a welcoming hallway. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with two sofas and a cosy snuggle chair in the bay window from which to admire the sea views, feature (non-functional) fireplace, flatscreen HD TV with access to Amazon Prime and Netflix; there is also WiFi and an iPod dock in the property. The kitchen has stylish black fitted units, and is equipped with an electric fan oven, halogen hob, microwave, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a dining area with circular table and four chairs. There are two comfortably furnished bedrooms: the Master bedroom, with sea views, has a king size bed and en suite shower room; the second bedroom is a twin and the family bathroom has a free-standing bath and separate shower cubicle. From the twin bedroom, there is a glazed door leading into a conservatory with rattan suite and patio doors leading out to the enclosed rear patio with garden furniture and barbecue. To the front of the property is a lawn and small decking patio with additional garden furniture and sea views. There is parking on the driveway and a garage available for storing bikes, watersports equipment etc.
