The downstairs is flooded with natural light through the front bay windows and offers a lounge, separate kitchen/dining room, 2 spacious bedrooms and a high quality family shower room. Stairs lead from the hallway to a lovely king size bedroom; a retreat and a great place to enjoy the stunning sea views.

Outside lies is a well-maintained front lawn garden with far-reaching views towards Abersoch, Bwlchtocyn and St Tudwal’s Islands and a rear patio with steps leading to a fabulous raised decking area. With a luxury hot tub, barbecue and stunning views the decked area is a real haven, a sun trap and the icing on the cake of this truly lovely holiday home.
