This self-contained apartment at Barmouth is on the second floor of a large Victorian property overlooking the Mawddach Estuary at the southern end of Barmouth. It has been very attractively refurbished with stripped pine flooring and stylish decor, giving it a smart and very comfortable contemporary look.

Middle Apartment is approached via an external staircase (toddlers to be careful). The lounge has a fantastic outlook of the stunning sea/estuary, TV, CD player, books and games. Smart kitchen/diner with modern grey units, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has been very cleverly designed with space in mind. The apartment has a twin bedroom with a small feature fireplace, a double bedroom, and a further double bedroom to the rear of the property with an en suite shower room and WC. WiFi available.

Reserved off road parking for one car available just a short walk away. At quiet times, guests may be able to park in the layby opposite. Short walking distance to the centre of Barmouth with its shops, cafes, pubs, harbour and sandy beach. Great location for exploring the south part of the Snowdonia National Park. Excellent local walking and outdoor activities. During holiday seasons, the coastal railway has steam trains crossing over the structurally magnificent Barmouth bridge which was built in the late 1800s and crosses over the Mawddach Estuary. Footpaths on the bridge, separated from the train track, make a fantastic walk with stunning scenery.

Electricity and heating included.

Bed linen and towels provided.

No smoking please.
