Description

This traditional stone cottage is full of character and is located on the beautiful Snowdonia coast in North Wales. This pet friendly cottage has an enviable location between Barmouth and Harlech, with a village pub, restaurants and shop all within a mile of Talybont.

With beautiful views of Cardigan Bay from the sun lounge and terrace, this semi-detached cottage is part of a small family estate. If you wish to bring extended family or friends, there are 4 other holiday cottages for 2-4 guests on site along with lodges in the rear field. For walking, you have the Wales Coastal Path and the Snowdonia mountain range are on your doorstep. For relaxing days out, the scenic train-ride to Pwllheli or Aberdyfi pulls up in a station less than a mile away. There are also endless attractions nearby, including Harlech Castle's world heritage site, Dolgellau market town and Portmeirion's Italian Village.

Ground Floor

Lounge - traditional style with beautiful inglenook fireplace and exposed beams, comfortable three-piece suite and TV for relaxing evenings.

Sun Lounge -  with panoramic views across Cardigan Bay from the French windows which open up onto a terrace. This room offers a three-piece cane suite for enjoying those far reaching views.

Kitchen diner - traditional farmhouse style kitchen units with Belfast sink, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Table and chairs and a traditional Welsh dresser.

Upstairs

Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom with high vaulted ceilings and bare stone wall above the bed. Chest of drawers and a dressing table.

Bedroom 2 - Twin room with high vaulted ceilings and Snowdonia mountain views. Wardrobe and dressing table.

Bathroom - Comprises of corner shower, vanity unit with lit mirror and shaver socket, and toilet.
