We very much enjoyed our stay at Ty Gwair. There was good space for our party of six adults. The cottage was well equipped. Three bathrooms was very handy! We enjoyed using the hot tub in the afternoons/evenings even though the weather wasn't that great. The view of the mountains from the garden and conservatory is spectacular. It was a great base Read morefor visiting Eryri, Bangor, Caernarfon and Anglesey. We had some lovely walks in the area. The little Tesco in Bethesda is well stocked and handy. Owner was lovely and welcoming. There was a lovely welcome pack for us on arrival. Hide

Absolutely loved it here. Views were stunning, many evenings spent watching the sun go down over the mountains in conservatory. Very well laid out, there were 7 of us staying and we could all find space to ourselves if required. The lady that owns the house is just lovely. Would highly recommend this place.

The property was in a great location to explore beautiful Wales. We visited Anglesey a couple of times and climbed Snowdon. Stunning waterfall on Watkin path. Great walks from the property. Val (owner) was very welcoming and easily contacted if needed.

Your administration was good and comprehensive. The owner of Ty Gwair takes great pride to include information and maps of the locality. As we were visiting with a car/trailer the parking provision was excellent and exactly what we expected when we booked. The conservatory's 180 degree mountain view is excellent for a visitor from flat country. IfRead more there is a minor criticism it is that the kitchen is a little dark (bulbs like those in the two standards in the living room would correct this). We would also have appreciated a small foldable table and chairs for two in the conservatory to have breakfast with the view. Night ventilation/security could be better for the ground floor bedroom where only a full opening door is available. Hide
