Sitting proudly above the Waterloo Bridge in Betws Y Coed, Coedfa Bach is the former servants quarters to the main house Coedfa. Many traditional features remain throughout the cottage such as the servants bell system for the main house. Feature fireplaces and original flooring make this the perfect place for snuggling up in front of the woodburner or enjoying the picturesque setting with stunning views of the Lledr valley and only a short walk to the many attractions of Betws Y Coed.

There is also Coedfa - the main house which is a four bedroom former Gentleman's residence next door which would suit extended groups or family members.

Guests may also enjoy free use of leisure facilities comprising of an indoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi, shower and changing facilities, a sauna, steam room and gym at the nearby Waterloo Hotel.

Ground Floor

Hallway - featuring the old bell system for the main house and original slate flooring. Downstairs WC.

Kitchen - traditional kitchen with Victorian feature fireplace. Belfast sink with traditional brass taps and granite worktop. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and washer dryer. There is also a table and chairs.

Living room - lovely cosy room with two windows, one facing the gardens and the other out towards the valley and the river. Original features such as exposed beams, slate flooring and inglenook fireplace with woodburner ( Logs supplied at extra cost). Comfy sofa and easy chairs for relaxing evenings in front of the fire. TV and Radio / CD player.


Bedroom 1 - lovely room full or character with draped four poster bed, feature fireplace, two original sash windows with garden and valley views.

Bedroom 2 - cute and quirky twin room with feature fireplace, garden views and original wooden flooring.

Family bathroom - consists of bath with overhead shower, basin and WC. Two windows and original wooden flooring.


Surrounded by 3/4 of an acre of terraced Victorian gardens consisting of lawn area, woodland and stream. Stunning views over the Lledr Valley and river. These areas are shared with Coedfa. There is a table and four cast iron chairs and small BBQ (charcoal not supplied).
