Fron Heulog is a delightful, Grade 2 semi-detached stone cottage, in the small hamlet of Llangybi. Enjoy the pace of life and detox in this quiet location with country walks on your doorstep and the surrounding stunning landscape of the Llyn Peninsula, yet only 6 miles from both Criccieth and Pwllheli, and 11 miles from Porthmadog. A short drive takes you to the mountains of Snowdonia and some of the major tourist attractions of North Wales.

‘Dylans restaurant and café at Criccieth is a stunning place to eat. Good food in stylish surroundings in this Art Deco, glass fronted building right on the beach front, and with amazing views ’ from Jacky, our local property expert

The Cottage: has plenty of character and is both stylish (Farrow and Ball palette) and homely. The owners styling and stunning original art works are there to be admired by the guests. Heating by modern electric panel heaters and underfloor heating in kitchen and bathroom.

Sitting Room: cosy up by the large wood burning stove set in the inglenook fireplace, surrounded by plenty of comfortable seating including a large L shaped sofa. Freeview TV and DVD, books and games.

Kitchen Dining Room: this newly renovated open plan room has doors leading to the rear patio and superb decked area looking out towards Angelsey. With underfloor heating you can be sure to enjoy lounging or cooking in this lovely modern space. The fitted kitchen has integrated appliances: an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and mini freezer. Lets not forget the fabulous Nespresso coffee machine!

There are three bedrooms, all individually decorated, and a modern bathroom, all on the first floor

Bedroom 1: the master bedroom has a king size bed and open free standing wardrobe and storage racks. Distant sea views from the double window. All beds come with feather down toppers for added comfort.

Bedroom 2: a small double room with fitted wardrobes and storage

Bedroom 3: a sweet little single room with antique bed.

Bathroom: the contemporary, fully tiled bathroom has a white bathroom suite with a large shower over the tub bath, a heated towel rail, WC and basin, and underfloor heating.

Outside: a large lawned garden surrounding the property has mature trees and shrubs providing privacy. A wooden swing adds intertest for young visitor (but used at own risk). There is a superb contemporary decking area which is raised to enjoy the sunset over distant Angelsey and the open countryside all around. Table and chairs and a large fire pit barbeque complete the picture.

From the cottage there is country walking from the door, magnificent views from the small hill of Garn Bentrych a short distance away, or sample the healing spring waters of St Cybi's ancient holy well. The castle at Criccieth and world class beaches of Nefyn and Porth Dinllaen are a

short drive away. The nearest shop for basic supplies is 4 miles away. The lively towns of Pwllheli, with its new marina, and Criccieth both have a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.
