This charming traditional farm cottage which is situated on the border of Snowdonia National Park boasts sensational views of the picturesque countryside. Featuring period details, including original fireplaces, oak beamed ceilings and antique furniture, this quaint and cosy cottage is full of character and perfect for a family rural getaway. The accommodation is split over two floors and is arranged as follows: 

Living Room - Comfortably furnished with two seater sofas and armchair, also including working fireplace and flatscreen TV with DVD player.

Kitchen - Well equipped cottage kitchen with ample food preparation and storage space, includes all essential cooking utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and electric oven with four-ring hob.

Dining Room - With period furniture, feature fireplace and dining space for four.

Double Bedroom - Furnished with comfortable double bed and dressing table.

Twin Room - With twin single beds and wardrobe for clothes storage.

Family Bathroom - Suite comprising of WC, wash basin, bath with electric shower over.

Outside - Enclosed gardens with gated access, patio furniture and sunhouse with decking area.

A sandy beach, sailing and golf can be found in Aberdovey 12 miles. RSPB sanctuary at Ynyshir 10 miles, red kites and other birds can be spotted from the cottage. River, lake fishing and sea fishing nearby. a range of walking and cycling paths, clay pigeon shooting and quad biking available within 2 miles. Close proximity to the the Great Little Trains of Wales. Scenic walks and cycling from the doorstep (cottage situated on bridleway). Local pub, shop and post office 1.5 miles.
