This contemporary semi-detached bungalow provides excellent family accommodation in a popular yet quiet area of lower Llanbedrog on the Lleyn Peninsula, in a very convenient position just a short walk from the village's National Trust beach, pub, church, art gallery and shop,

Hillview has a stylish living room with a modern SMEG electric fire, a flatscreen smart TV,  WiFi and patio doors leading to an outside seating area with garden furniture. The recently refurbished sleek kitchen/diner is equipped with a washing machine, an induction hob, an integrated double oven with grill, a dishwasher and a table and chairs. There are three bedrooms; a double bedroom to the front and to the rear, a spacious double and a twin with a new luxury en suite shower room. The modern family bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and WC.

In addition to the front patio area, guests have use of a small rear enclosed gravel yard with a washing line and a shed for secure storage of bikes and beach equipment. There is off-road parking for up to three cars on the front driveway. This is an ideal choice for families, with the village's amenities and sandy beach just a few hundred yards away.
