Description

The panoramic views towards St Tudwals Islands, Abersoch and Llanbedrog Headland from the hot tub in the enclosed garden and the private road location are two fantastic features of Bryn Melyn, a traditional stone cottage just right for a smaller family.

Most of the accommodation at Bryn Melyn is on the ground floor with a stylish lounge featuring a woodburner, flatscreen TV with DVD player, French door out to the patio and there is also WiFi throughout. The shaker style kitchen/diner includes electric hob and oven, washing machine and an oval dining table with six chairs. To complete the downstairs are two double bedrooms, one with sea views, and a family bath/shower room. Narrow stairs lead up from the kitchen to the third bedroom with twin beds. With sloping ceilings throughout and a relaxing area with low sofas and TV with Xbox 360 this is a great room for younger family members.

Outside the decking area includes stylish garden furniture and the sunken hot tub from which you can enjoy the stunning views. There is also a covered patio, a lawned area with children's wooden climbing frame and swing and parking to the side of the property. A perfect property for a family holiday, in a peaceful Mynytho setting while still being within a few minutes' drive of the popular beachside villages of Llanbedrog and Abersoch.
