A contemporary three-storey townhouse, set in a private development, within 5 miles of Bangor and Caernarfon. An excellent location for touring the North Wales coastline, Snowdonia National Park and the Isle of Anglesey, this gorgeous property enjoys panoramic views of the Menai Strait and surrounding area, spacious living and dining areas, and shared grounds. It is ideal for families or groups of friends who like their own space as much as quality time together.

The townhouse, which sits in Port Dinorwic Marina, has been finished to an incredibly high standard, with a great use of space across all three floors. Entering via a spacious hallway on the ground floor, discover a well-appointed king-sized bedroom with views of the Menai Strait and access to shared grounds below. A smaller king-size bedroom (convertible to a twin bedroom) stands nearby, as does a shower room and separate snug room. Stairs in the hallway lead to a gorgeous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the first floor, which leads out onto a spacious balcony with views of the coastline. A narrow spiral staircase leads from the lounge to an en-suite king-size bedroom on the second floor, which can be converted to a twin bedroom. Guests also have access to shared grounds, which lead directly towards the harbour wall.

Both the Wales Coast Path and the National Cycle Network pass very close to the townhouse, giving guests the freedom to explore the coastline between Bangor and Caernarfon (both within 5 miles), offering vibrant arts scenes and historic attractions. The village of Llanberis, a key starting point for a walk up Mount Snowdon, lies 8 miles away. The Isle of Anglesey is a walkers’ paradise, with Plas Newydd House and Gardens (6 miles) worth a visit.

  • 3 bedrooms – 1 king-size, 2 twins (can be arranged as king-size beds on request)

We had an amazing holiday. The house is lovely with stunning views from the balcony. We ate at Chans takeaway and The Gardffon Inn would highly recommend both. We spent the week exploring at Llanberis, Gypsy Wood, South Stack and Porth y Post. Brilliant week creating memories with my family. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

A lovely comfortable house, with an amazing view. Even on the couple of days when the weather wasn't so good we enjoyed spending time here watching the boats passing and the ducks and ducklings. We also visited Plas Mawr, Penrhyn Castle, and Bodnant Gardens, all of which we enjoyed. Thank you for providing everything we needed for a lovely holiday.Read more Hide
