The Coach House is a light, bright and open plan coastal apartment with sea views overlooking the magnificent Langland Bay. Presented to a high standard the apartment offers an allocated parking space a beautifully appointed and contemporary styled kitchen and bathroom and a spacious living area.

The Coach House is located moments from the coastal path and Langland Bay with it's Surfside cafe, Langland Brasserie, tennis courts and the picturesque Langland Bay Golf Course.

Kitchen/Diner: Modern fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, single oven and induction hob, and dishwasher. There is a table and chairs for 4.

Lounge: The lounge has sea views, soft seating for 3, (converts into a sofabed) and a reclining armchair in the window, coffee table, wall mounted flatscreen TV with Sky-Q. Patio doors leading onto the balcony.

Cloakroom: WC, basin.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, king bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, armchair.

En Suite: Shower cubicle, bath, basin and WC.

External: Use of the communal garden. Table and chairs on the balcony. 1 allocated parking space.

Fabulous location to sit on the balcony and view Langland Bay. Handy for the coastal path and an early morning swim in the sea. Great base to tour the Gower from.

What a view! This apartment is in a quiet location with a stunning view over Langland Bay with the added bonus of designated parking. Handy for the coastal path. Walk to the Mumbles is approx 10 - 15 minutes which has a thriving high-street including M&S Food store, Tesco express, Co-Op, independents, Boots the Chemist, Joules, Fat, Face etc. Langland Brasserie is the other end of the beach. Now offering take-away. You need to book in advance for busy periods. Simply decorated and furnished. Well-equipped kitchen with a washer / dryer. Plenty of storage and hangers in the bedroom. Bed abit soft but we still slept like logs! Two strategically placed reclining chairs for you to enjoy the view in front of the picture. Rattan garden furniture on balcony. I know we shouldn't moan about the weather but the apartment gets full sun from 2pm through to 8.30pm and is a glass box. Pull the blinds in the morning or take a couple of desktop fans to attempt to cool it. We would recommend and hope to visit again.
