This ground floor, single level, 1-bedroom holiday apartment offers stylish and comfortable accommodation with the stunning backdrop of Langland Bay. It has a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan, light and contemporary lounge/diner, a beautiful bath/shower room and a luxury bedroom which can be made up for you as either a super king or a twin room.

The bustling village of Mumbles is just a short drive away with a wide selection of shops, galleries, cafes and bars. Water sports enthusiasts can take to the water at one of the many beaches, whilst for the golfers, Langland Bay Golf Course is right on your doorstep.

Crawshay Court is a popular residential development with direct access to Langland Bay. Whether you simply want to catch up on your favourite book, whilst taking in the ever-changing sea views or if you plan on enjoying an energetic stroll around the coastal path, this apartment is the perfect all year-round location for you.

External: The apartment has a balcony with timber decking. There is also 1-allocated parking space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed and equipped apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, ideally located for the beach at Langland Bay just a 2-minute walk away, walks along the excellent Welsh Coastal Path, food shopping in nearby Oystermouth and fine dining at the Langland Brasserie. Gated access and parking were an added bonus. It was a pleasure to return to at the end of a day out, or simply a place to relax in comfort if rain stopped play.
