The ground-floor apartment is decorated in a contemporary style and has a gentle, seaside theme throughout. An open-plan lounge/diner provides the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach, with comfortable sofas to sink into, a dining table for sharing romantic dinners, and ever-changing sea views through the balcony’s patio doors. There’s also a sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Just off the lounge/diner is the sleek kitchen, with a breakfast bar and everything you need to create delicious meals. Head into Mumbles (1 mile) to dine in one of the many restaurants, or shop in the cute boutiques and galleries. Alternatively, absorb the history at the impressive Oystermouth Castle, which sits high on the hill overlooking the village.

Fantastic apartment with amazing sea views. Modern kitchen and lounge. Sadly, the bathroom and poor maintenance of the apartment lets it down. Shower is in desperate need of a good clean and some DIY to cover up where there has been a leak/damp. On arrival bedding and towels were unclean. For the first couple of days we were unable to uRead morese the sea view balcony as the patio door key was missing from the apartment. Home from Home were very difficult to get hold of to discuss problems. Hide

Lovely property, it needed a dusting in bedroom and sitting room, the shower leaks and is in need of refurbishment. The kitchen is well stocked , and I loved sitting at the breakfast bar watching the sea. Sitting room is lovely and modern . Everything you need is in the apartment.. Hopefully these issues will be resolved by the time we book our neRead morext visit. Hide

All very good with the exception of significant leakage from the shower to the bathroom floor. Everything else was excellent.

Fabulous property in great location. Staff at Home from Home and Wales cottages were great. They sorted out our problem with an unexpected visitor on Monday 20th who just walked into the property claiming he was booked for that day through Sparkles and had just collected the keys from the office but never said who he was so we assumed a double bookRead moreing had occurred. He said he would check with the office but never returned to explain why he had entered our apartment so I rang the emergency contact number. Liz Davy sorted for us that day and the office confirmed on Tuesday that it had definitely been the housekeeper. Caused a few hours of panic but so relieved to find out reason and gave my husband excuse to avoid a long coast walk as he was concerned the person could return. Lady at office in the Mumbles was really helpful too. Service from initial booking to leaving was great and we would definitely book through you again. Ive already given details to the rest of my family who also love the Gower. Hide

Great holiday, lovely apartment, great location. The shower cubicle needed some attention nothing a bit of mould & mildew spray couldnt sort out.

Location of property was close to the beach and a lovely restaurant. Apartment was fully equipped with all you would need to have a comfortable stay. Unfortunately there was a strong musty smell on arrival from the bathroom can only presume we were first guests in a long time. The spare bedding was mouldy and stained and a coffee table in the loungRead moree was unstable and finally broke were it was evident it had been poorly repaired. Hide
