Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Mumbles, a charming 2-bedroom, character cottage, beautifully presented and furnished to a high standard throughout. The cottage has a spacious lounge/diner, double and twin bedrooms, a bathroom and separate shower room. The property benefits from (garaged) off street parking to the rear as well as on street parking to the front of the property.
The promenade and all the amenities of Mumbles are just a short walk. This cottage is an ideal location for a seaside family holiday with easy access to stunning local beaches and the Gower peninsular.
Reception: 2 sofas, a dining table and chairs, wooden flooring, and a feature fireplace with a wood burner and a flatscreen TV with DVD player.
Kitchen: Integrated fan assisted double oven, gas hob, a microwave, washing machine and a 'family size' freestanding fridge/freezer.
Bedroom 1: Double bed with Juliet balcony with plenty of storage.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and wardrobes.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
Shower Room: Large shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
External: The kitchen patio doors lead out onto a deck, with steps down into the paved garden with garden furniture. The rear of the garden has access to the garage.

Lovely property ideally located in The Mumbles. Well stocked with everything you could need for a short break.
Very handy for all the facilities that The Mumbles offers & for local walks. The cottage is comfortable & well equipped. We’d book it again
This house is in a great location. It’s less than a 5 min walk to shops and centre of Mumbles. M&S Food, Tesco Express and Co Op all very nearby. House is lovely and has everything you’ll need. Garage is a big bonus, we have a 5 series BMW and we managed to get it in but needed a bit of wiggling. Quite a few cafes and bars that accept dogs inside which was great.
VERY WELL SITUATED JUST A SMALL WALK TO ALL AMENITIES, CAR PARKING IN THIS AREA CAN BE A PROBLEM BUT THIS PROPERTY HAS A GARAGE AT THE REAR , WOULD HAPPILY RETURN TO THIS PROPERTY.
Brilliant location, close to shops, pubs and restaurants in Mumbles. Lots of dog friendly beaches in Gower. Thank you, we had a great week.
Good property and an excellent location in a beautiful part of Wales. The garage was essential as parking nearby is limited.
This is a lovely property right in the heart of the village, close to all amenities, pubs and restaurants. Two bathrooms is a definite advantage as is the garage. Garden is pleasant and gets the morning sun. Would definitely recommend.
We had a fantastic week at Oyster Cottage and so did our dog. The cottage is beatifully decorated (the photos don't do it justice) and warm and cozy. The showers are great and the kitchen had everything you need. The road is peaceful and just a few mintutes walk from pubs, cafes and shops of Mumbles. There are great walks on your doorstep and plenty of choice of locations a short drive away with spectacular scencery. Locals are very friendly and chatty. I would recommend the Cottage and Mumbles for a break at any time of year.
