The Blue House, is a beautiful, pet-friendly, Victorian mid-terraced cottage located perfectly for the promenade of Mumbles. It is ideal for couples or a family looking for the picture-perfect cottage experience whilst being based near to the shops, restaurants, cafes and bars of Mumbles.
Beautifully renovated, this charming cottage has been styled to a high standard and will provide a warm welcome to all of its guests come rain or shine. The kitchen hosts a unique illuminated rock that is an integral part of the building.
The well known local beaches of Rotherslade, Langland Bay and Caswell Bay can be found by exploring the coastal path and the Mumbles Pier and the iconic Mumbles Lighthouse are a short walk from the cottage.
Reception: Soft-seating for 4 people, 1 armchair and a footstool, Smart TV, Blu-Ray player, books, games and a bluetooth speaker system. Living flame effect electric fire.
Kitchen/Diner: Electric oven, induction hob, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, feature window, clothes washer/dryer and a microwave. A unique illuminated rock feature in the kitchen. Extendable dining table and chairs for four to six people.
Bedroom 1: King bed, bedside furniture, TV and built-in wardrobes. En suite shower room with WC and basin.
Bedroom 2: 2 x 2ft 6" single beds which also convert into a king bed, bedside furniture, velux window and wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, velux window, basin and WC.
External: Small courtyard, leading off the kitchen, with table and chairs.

Sleeps 4: 1 King, 1 King/Twin (2ft 6" size single beds, which can be made into a king bed. Please specify at the time of booking).

The blue house was beautiful, very clean and well looked after, decoration very seaside appropriate. The only downside was the 'garden'. Definitely not suitable for dogs. I know there are lovely walks but dogs need to be able to go outside on their own. Just about enough room for them to go to the toilet! However, we had a lovely time.
A well equipped comfortable house, close to shops, restaurants, pubs, playground... Easy access on to the tarmac path which follows the coastline round to Swansea, so ideal for walks with a pushchair! A bit of a walk (2 miles) to the sandy part of the beach, but a nice view all the way! Limited unrestricted street parking outside the property, always used! So would recommend getting a temporary local parking permit from Swansea Council, as further down the road is restricted to residents parking only which always had spaces.
