This beautifully presented, newly-renovated property is positioned opposite the seafront in the popular seaside village of Mumbles, and within a few metres of the wonderful promenade.
The Retreat is an attractive holiday home offering picture-perfect views over Swansea Bay. Its rooms are set over three floors, its layout is generous, and the interiors have a contemporary and stylish touch.
This terrific holiday home would be ideal for families or couples looking for an opportune Mumbles location with easy access to the numerous activities, attractions, restaurants and bars, cafes and independent shops.
Kitchen/Diner: Open plan room with dishwasher, under-counter fridge with ice box, free-standing Smeg fridge/freezer, electric single oven and a gas hob. Extendable table and chairs to seat 6.
Lounge: One x 3-seater sofa, a relaxing chair and two pouffes, wall-mounted TV, Bose CD and Radio system and occasional tables. Large bay window with views directly over Swansea Bay.
Shower Room: Walk-in wet room with shower, WC and basin. Door leading out to the rear courtyard.
Bedroom 1: Superking bed (zip 'n' link, this can be made into a twin on request), wall-mounted TV, wardrobe, bedside tables, panoramic sea views.
Bedroom 2: Single day bed (2ft 6", this can be made into a king size bed on request), wardrobe, occasional chair, wall-mounted TV.
