Description

This 4-star, 2-bedroom holiday cottage provides extremely comfortable accommodation for 4 people in the heart of the village of Mumbles - the gateway to Gower. All the facilities of Mumbles are within easy walking distance.

The property boasts its own off road parking space at the rear of the property, and the recently landscaped, private garden has a patio area with garden furniture.

Kitchen: Smeg electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, Smeg dishwasher, Bosch washer/dryer.

Bedroom 1:
Super King size bed, TV, wardrobe and dressing table.

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds and wardrobe.

Family Bathroom: Bath, wash hand basin, WC and separate shower cubicle.

External: Off road parking to the rear which gives access to the enclosed garden with patio, AstroTurf lawn and rattan furniture for 4 people.

A lovely, comfortable property that is well equipped. It is also in an excellent location.

Lovely holiday let centrally located. Spotlessly clean and all eventualities catered for. Instructions for all electrical appliances, of which there are in abundance, provided but perhaps a new shower head is needed? Parking space to the rear of the property but very tight entrance if you have an above average sized vehicle. Nice rear garden to relax with furniture provided.

A beautiful holiday cottage in a perfect location. Just a short walk to the shops, many restaurants and beach. Loved sitting in the evening sun in the wonderful landscaped garden. The cottage had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.
