On entering this pet-friendly property you will notice the bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor, whilst your social rooms are upstairs making the most of the elevated countryside views. Pick from a master double bedroom with ensuite shower room, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all promising a good night’s sleep. Head upstairs to the large bright living room with modern leather sofas, decorative stone fireplace, and pretty views stretching to the coast. This leads on to the dining room where mealtimes and game nights can be enjoyed. The modern fitted kitchen is perfectly laid out for a bigger party with plenty of worktop space for preparing delicious meals. The handy utility room and cloakroom with WC will help you keep kit organised and clean during your stay. Cook BBQ’s outside on the patio area and spend time in the pretty lawned garden bordered by flowers and shrubs. Bike storage, surf equipment and table tennis can be found in the garage.

Head to Llangennith Beach (1 mile), a world-class surfing beach, for a day of sandcastles, water sports and family fun. Llangennith itself is fascinating, nestled between three hills including Hardingsdown which is home to a number of iron age earthworks. It’s home to the oldest church in Gower dating back to the 6th century, and ‘The Kings Head’ (0.5 mile) which serves up delicious pub grub.

Property was excellent. Some of the crockery seemed dirty. Driveway could do with not being loose gravel, bit tricky to drive up and down.
