Ideally located in the village of Mumbles this 2-bedroom, well-presented house offers wonderful sea views across Swansea Bay. Everything that Mumbles has to offer is within easy walking distance including the many restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques and ice cream parlours. The beaches at Langland Bay and Rotherslade Bay can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.


Ground Floor

Reception: One 4-seat sofa, 1 chair, coffee table and TV.

Dining Room: Seating for 4 people and has French doors opening on to a patio area.

Kitchen: Well-equipped with a 4-ring hob gas cooker and oven with extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: Double bed with sea views, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds, chest of drawers, mirror fronted wardrobe and wash basin.

Bedroom 3: Child's room with a bunk bed (175cm x 75cm) and storage space.

Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.

External: The rear garden is terraced with a patio area and garden furniture (not suitable for unsupervised children). There is also a drive which is suitable for a small vehicle as the access is very narrow.

"Lovely comfortable house. Spectacular views from elevated back terrace. Wouldn't be great for those with mobility issues, as house is at top of hill and back garden very steep narrow steps, but was perfect for our group."
