Welcoming families to stay in this beautiful area of Wales, this cottage is a brilliant option for a base with a pub and restaurant both within a mile of your doorstep, and the Wales Coast Path within easy reach for those who wish to get out and soak in the rugged beauty of the trail. At the end of each day, the open-plan living area is the perfect place to kick back and relax with friends and family by your side.

The social hub of the property is the open-plan living room/kitchen/diner which has two large leather sofas, a TV and an electric flame-effect fire so that you can snuggle up together for a good film each evening. When it’s time to cook, the modern pastel-green kitchen makes it an easy job with ample space for preparation, and the six-seater dining table is just steps away when you’re ready to serve up. Completing the ground floor is the first of the bedrooms, featuring a king-size bed. This room is paired with an en-suite wet room with a grab rail and wall-mounted seat. Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements continue, with a second neutrally decorated king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, both of which are well equipped with storage and furniture, as well as en-suites. Outside, the garden is a great space to drink in the fresh air, with a lawn for children to play on, and a patio with seating for the days when you wish to make the most of the weather whilst staying at home.

Situated right on the doorstep of the Gower AONB, you can rest assured that adventures for all ages are not far away, especially with the beaches of Port Eynon and Horton half a mile away. Just 7 miles away is Rhossili Down and Rhossili Bay Beach which is an incredibly diverse habitat with bogs and cliffs to dunes and lowland heath, meaning that many birds can be seen in the beautiful area. Rhossili is an idyllic spot for a day at the beach, with small, consistent waves for beginner surfers, and plenty of soft sand for those who wish to lay back and soak up the sunshine.

A nicely located house. Very comfortable, warm and modern. Beach less than 5 mins. Dogs allowed on righthand section of beach all year round, and left section (and right) from Oct-May. Supermarket deliveries to the house. Space enough for 6.

Excellent location, fantastic accommodation in a quiet area. Close to the vibrant local pub and also a stones throw from the beautiful beach, which is totally safe for swimming! Would recommend a stay here.

The cottage was beautifully clean, very comfortable and well equipped. There was plenty of space for 6. Top marks for bed linen and lovely fluffy towels. Great location for the beach. The only thing that let it down was the unreliability of the wifi.
