This traditional family home is located just off the Langland Bay golf course, within a 10-minute walk of Caswell Bay and Langland Bay. The comfortable 4-bedroom family home is well suited for exploring Mumbles and the cliff paths of Gower.
High ceilings and large Victorian windows make the house airy, whilst decking and a conservatory provide places to relax inside or outside. The house can accommodate up to 4 cars on the drive. Rear garden faces south.
Caswell Bay is a large expanse of golden sand, popular with families as it has a lifeguard present during the summer months. There are several kiosks selling beach toys and snacks and also the busy all year round 'Surfside Cafe' a cosy place even in mid-winter in which to enjoy a hot chocolate in front of the log burning stove. Caswell Bay can be reached in approximately 10 minutes on foot.
Langland Bay, also a family friendly beach, is overlooked by the stunning Langland Bay Golf Club and has a beachfront brasserie called 'Langland's Brasserie', a further 'Surfside Cafe', several tennis courts, beach huts and ample parking.
Reception 1: Seating for up to 8; 2 x sofas, footstool and armchair, TV, DVD player and VCR and a fireplace (fire is for decoration purposes only).
Reception 2: 2-seat sofa and arm chair, TV and gas fire. Access to conservatory.
Reception 3: Conservatory which overlooks the garden.
Kitchen: Double oven/grill, induction hob, dishwasher, breakfast table that can seat 6, music centre with DAB/FM radio, CD player, and iPod dock. There is a utility room off the kitchen.
Utility Room: Bosch free-standing fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dryer.
Dining Room: Oval table and chairs for 8 people, room features a piano.
Cloakroom: WC and basin.

Very comfortable house ,lovely part of Wales , would stay there again.
Westmead is an excellent property in a very good location for visiting the best child friendly beach on Gower. We have stayed at Westmead three times and are planning to stay next year too.
