A light and airy 2-bedroom cottage conveniently situated in the heart of Newton Village, which sits on the hill, just above the seaside village of Mumbles. The cottage, which benefits from a large enclosed garden, has a convenience store/newsagent and one of the best butchers/deli/greengrocer in the area right on the doorstep. There is also a pub a short walk away.

Mumbles is an easy 10-minute walk downhill. The blue flag beaches of Langland Bay and Caswell Bay are within walking distance where you will find a surf school, tennis courts and a choice of cafes and a Brasserie. For golfers, the stunning Langland Bay Golf Club with its amazing sea views is 1 km away.

Kitchen: Well-equipped with a breakfast table and chairs for 4, a fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine, a dishwasher and an oven and hob.
