A light and airy 2-bedroom cottage conveniently situated in the heart of Newton Village, which sits on the hill, just above the seaside village of Mumbles. The cottage, which benefits from a large enclosed garden, has a convenience store/newsagent and one of the best butchers/deli/greengrocer in the area right on the doorstep. There is also a pub a short walk away.

Mumbles is an easy 10-minute walk downhill. The blue flag beaches of Langland Bay and Caswell Bay are within walking distance where you will find a surf school, tennis courts and a choice of cafes and a Brasserie. For golfers, the stunning Langland Bay Golf Club with its amazing sea views is 1 km away.

The property would benefit from updating particularly the bathroom but all the appliances worked and the property was very clean and well located for both The Mumbles and local beaches. We enjoyed the use of the property’s small garden. It provides a good base for exploring The Gower and was very close to the village shop,Pub and Butchers.
