Located perfectly for access to Gower's beaches, shopping at one of Swansea's many shopping facilities. Country pubs can be found at the nearby villages of Three Crosses, Dunvant and Gowerton as well as others. For golfers there is either Gower Golf Club in Three Crosses or a shorter, less challenging course at Gowerton. For walking or for activities that involve two wheels there is a cycle track on the property's doorstep, this takes you to the seaside village of Mumbles in one direction or out onto Gower in the other direction.
Kitchen/Utility Room: Enter from the side of the house into kitchen. Equipped with a breakfast table and chairs, electric cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
