The location of this property in Langland is excellent. The property is large and comfortable but the lighting in the bedroom is poor particular for someone who is partially sighted (my wife is almost blind). And the parking slot is awkward to get in with a low wall on the near side.

The Travel Directions sent on 11.8.22, with how to collect keys and enter the property were confusing and inaccurate, which gave us some worries on the first day. Against Key Collection Details you have put a code for a gate as 1978, which looks like it is for late arrival at Home from Home. It is in fact the code for the gate at Langland Bay ManRead moreor, which we eventually worked out when we were stuck outside on the first evening, after going for a walk. You mention two key fobs but there is only one - a black one. It would help if you noted that the post where you press the key fob to open the main gates for vehicle access is situated a car length back from the gate on the right hand side. We only realised this on the second day as someone coming out caused the gate to open as we arrived and we were trying to work out where to open it. Hide

We had to move property midweek because of dreadful building noise upstairs. The first property was fabulous; it was just too steep for us to walk to the beech. The second property was much bigger and closer to the sea so we could walk down. It felt a lot less welcoming with postcards everywhere with rules on them. It felt that we weren't really weRead morelcome. Hide
