Please note the spiral staircase leading from the first to second floor is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility. Please also note that weekly pool maintenance takes place on Fridays and usually lasts approximately 2 hours.

This property is ideally located and is best suited for large families or as a shared holiday experience for family and friends or extended families. Commanding views over the bay, parking for at least three vehicles. Stunning gardens and secluded heated swimming pool and seating area.
Excellent property for a family group with great facilities, including a pool. Beaches and shops all within easy walking distance.

Wonderful large holiday home (perhaps 3500/4000 sq ft) set in the hills above Langland Bay, a 15 minute walk or short drive from Mumbles. Enchanting mature gardens with excellent privacy from surrounding properties. The views are spectacular and compete with any in France or Italy. Langland is a lovely beach as is Caswell only a 5 minute drive away. The rest of the Gower Peninsula is easily accessed. There are a good range of takeaways that will deliver and plenty of beachside cafes - the Gower Seafood Hut fish stall in Mumbles is to be highly recommended for cheap good quality fish and sea food to eat on a tray. Mumbles beach is ordinary. Clients should be aware that the top floor bedroom accessed by the spiral staircase has no door so all sounds in the house can be easily heard. Majestic master suite and views from here and most rooms. Plenty of wardrobe and draw space.
