The property is set within a gated community, in mature landscaped grounds and with stunning views over Langland Bay.

Right on your doorstep is Langland Beach; from the promenade you can take the coastal path to Caswell or Mumbles Head, and within walking distance is the village of Mumbles, with its enviable array of bars and restaurants.

Reception: L-shaped sofa, a refectory table and benches and other occasional furniture. TV/DVD with Sky plus and CD player with a selection of DVD/CDs. The lounge has panoramic views over the bay.

Kitchen: Granite work surfaces and integrated appliances including: a single oven and ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and waste disposal unit and a breakfast bar with 4 stools.

Bedroom 1: King bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with views of the bay.

Bedroom 2: 2 x 3' wide single beds which may be link and zipped together to form a superking and large built-in wardrobes with an en suite shower room has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.

Bedroom 3: Full size bunk beds and a large wardrobe also with en suite shower room, shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.

Bathroom: Fully tiled and has a 3-piece suite, with shower over the bath, basin and WC.

Sleeps 6: 1 King, 1 Twin/Superking (please confirm at time of booking), 1 Bunk

A beautifully kept property in a fantastic location. Lots of stunning coastline to explore and many great restaurants within a few miles, some within walking distance of the property. Great to be able to stroll to the beach for a swim in minutes. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very large ,well presented apartment with excellent position. Sea view at virtually beach level. Gower exceeded our high expectations and we highly recommend the area and this apartment. We found the building in general very quiet while we stayed and heard no noise from other residents. The building is in well maintained grounds

We have stayed at Langland Bay Manor several times and find the wonderful view over the bay and the convenient parking (in a busy area) to be among the main attractions. The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped - we always have an enjoyable stay. Mumbles is near enough with a great array of shops and restaurants - the new M & S compares well with any we have seen in other parts of the UK. But the parking in and around Mumbles is is getting increasingly fraught and it is a fairly demanding one mile walk to get to there and back from the apartment.. The apartment itself is at the stage of its life when it could use just a bit of updating but it remains a pleasure to stay there with or without that.
