Spacious property set in large landscaped grounds, this 4-bedroom extended former bungalow is wonderfully located on the cliff between Langland and Caswell bays - the gateway to the Gower. Sea Close is surrounded by Langland Bay golf course offering spectacular views towards the sea and over the golf course.
The approach road to the property is on a narrow, rough track which may not be suitable for some vehicles.
Reception Hall: Sofa, chest of draws and bookshelf.
Lounge/Dining Room: 3-piece suite, occasional furniture including Smart TV, radio CD player and a dining table and chairs for up to 8. A double-sided wood burner between lounge/diner and reception room.
