Description

Caswell Bay House is a characterful 4-bedroom family home, sleeping 8 people and is located within close proximity to Caswell Bay. This holiday home is a 10-minute walk down to Caswell Bay and the nearby access to the Wales Coast Path gives longer walks to Langland Bay, Limeslade Bay, Bracelet Bay and the secluded Pwll Du Beach. Bishops Wood Nature Reserve is located directly behind the house and the popular village of Mumbles is a 5 minute drive away, with its seafront promenade and the 'top shops' of Newton Road. 

The house has four good sized, light and bright bedrooms, one of which is conveniently located downstairs. Another of the bedrooms has an en suite shower room and there is a separate family bathroom and an additional ground floor cloakroom

Caswell Bay House enjoys sweeping views over woodland and golf course to sea. Delightful features include an ornate feature fireplace within the lounge and many stained glass windows. It's light filled rooms also lead out to a beautiful private rear garden with patio and glazed balcony. All of this makes Caswell Bay House the perfect venue for families or couples to relax and enjoy all that the area has to offer, much of which is located right on your doorstep.

Kitchen: Equipped with ample storage space, breakfast bar, electric double oven, 4-ring gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and a separate utility room housing a tumble dryer. 

Dining Room: Dining table and chairs for 8, and a high chair for the smaller members of the family.

Reception: Two 3-seater sofas and 2 x armchairs, TV, an ornamental corner display cabinet, coffee table and French doors leading out onto patio area.

Cloakroom: WC, wash hand basin.

Bedroom 2: King size bed which can be made into a twin with bedside furniture and wardrobe.

First Floor

Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds, large chest of drawers and a mirror fronted wardrobe.

Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds, mirror fronted wardrobe and a wooden chair.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, bedside furniture, hanging space, drawer space and soft seating within a light filled bay window. This room also has its own en suite shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. 

Family Bathroom: Bath, wash hand basin, WC and separate shower cubicle.

External: Garden set on multiple levels. Made up of patio with garden furniture, glazed balcony and steps down to lawned area.
