This pet-friendly holiday home is located in the well-located Gower village of Southgate. The beautiful Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles are within walking distance and the challenging Pennard Golf Course is just a well hit tee-shot away.

The area is particularly popular for walkers with many beautiful coastal walks starting on the doorstep: head east and drop down to Pwll Du Bay and Caswell Bay or head west and pass Pobbles, Three Cliffs Bay and Oxwich.

Three Cliffs Coffee Shop and convenience store is just a 2 minute stroll.


Ground Floor

Lounge: Two 2-seat sofas, dining table and chairs for 4, TV and DVD player.

Kitchen: Washing machine, electric oven and gas hob, and microwave, fridge/freezer.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: Double bed, a mirror fronted wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Family Bathroom: Double shower cubicle, separate bath, WC and basin.

Second Floor

Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds (due to the sloped ceilings there is reduced headroom).

External: Lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and 1 parking space.

Comfortable, clean property in a great location. Very quiet with friendly helpful owners. Good pub, shop and restaurant all within a short walk and access to fabulous coastal walks.
