A truly magical location in the valley leading down to the beautiful secluded Pobbles Beach, which is joined at low tide to Three Cliffs Bay. This is the Coach House to a house set on the edge of the community of Southgate and only 200 meters from Pennard Golf Club clubhouse.

There is a private driveway leading to the property. Everything is there for a magical holiday, practically on the Gower coastal path, but near to the amenities of the village of Southgate with its shop, two cafes and social club which is open to the general public.

You are in the countryside, but the magic of Gower means you are still within walking distance to get those forgotten items. Peace and quiet, golf, beautiful walks, sea views and beaches make this a perfect place to stay.


Ground Floor

Bedroom 1: King bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a TV.

Bedroom 2: Single bed, with optional pull out bed, chest of drawers and TV.

Bathroom 1: This Jack and Jill bathroom is adjoined to bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. Complete with bath and shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 3: King bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV and patio doors which lead onto the courtyard garden.

Bedroom 4: Single bed, with optional pull out bed, chest of drawers and TV. 

Bathroom 2: This Jack and Jill bathroom is adjoined to bedroom 3 and bedroom 4. Complete with bath and shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Utility Room: Washer/dryer.

First Floor

Kitchen/Dining Room: Fully fitted kitchen with free-standing fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven, induction hob and extractor hood. Rectangular table and chairs for 6.

Living Room: Open plan room adjoining the kitchen and dining area. Two x 3-seat leather sofas and TV, DVD with beautiful sea views.

External: Roof terrace with sea views and outside seating for 6. Downstairs, there is a courtyard garden with seating.

Sleeps 6: 2 King, 2 Single

C/O day - Fri. Gas CH. Bed Linen and Towels provided. There is an additional cost (£20 per bed) for the use of the pull-out beds. Sea Views. Off road parking. WiFi. Pets accepted. No smoking



Very well equipped house in a great location 10 minutes from back gate to the beach which was beautiful. Very pretty bay. House is upside down to make the most of the views from the lounge downstairs the bedrooms and bathrooms are very roomy. Can’t wait to return.
