Surrounded by idyllic countryside, this traditionally styled farm cottage lies along a quiet lane overlooking peaceful farmland and the tranquil Llanrhidian Sands. Offering cosy holiday accommodation for up to six guests, the property is ideal for exploring the rugged landscapes, picturesque villages, medieval castles and stunning beaches of the Gower Peninsula. The spacious kitchen/diner is perfect for preparing and sharing a family feast, with plenty of equipment, a farmhouse-style dining table and additional sofa. Upstairs, you will find a family bathroom and the three bright, cosy bedrooms, all decorated in warm, neutral shades: there are two charming king-size rooms (one with en-suite shower room) and a pretty bunk bedroom with a full-size bunk over a 4’ bed plus a wooden cot. The saltmarshes of the northern coast attract a variety of birdlife, with other local landmarks and attractions including Weobley Castle, North Hill Tor, Whiteford Sands, Cilifor Top, Landimore Marsh, King Arthur’s Stone and the Gower Heritage Centre all within 7 miles.

Attractive property and grounds, your travel instructions were accurate and easily understood. The pubs you mentioned were very good. the various beauty spots were within easy reach, at this time of the year the roads were nice and quite. All in all, a very nice break for us.

Good size rooms all round especially the kitchen/diner and lounge. Large fridge freezer in the utility room was very useful. Good location for walking but pubs and shops a distance away.

We did leave notes in the property to highlight a few areas to consider. Doors not closing, baby gate was temperamental, grill and BBQ both had food from previous occupants left, extractor very greasy.

Great holiday, great location, lovely place to stay. We will return, not sure when but we will. Only downside is the Wales recycle policy. Hope we got it right.
