Situated in approximately 100 acres of open countryside, Llanelen Farm is the perfect setting for a totally relaxing 'escape from it all' holiday. The landscape, a mix of woodland and gently rolling hills, boasts one of the best places to enjoy the stunning sunsets over the Loughor Estuary. The property itself, which attaches to the owners farmhouse, has been totally refurbished to a very high standard with every modern convenience at hand.
The farm is located just off Welshmoor Common, which is rich in its historical associations, a site of Special Scientific Interest and home to the decorative breed of Jacob sheep.
The closest village is Llanrhidian with its pretty church and 2 pubs: The Welcome to Town and The Dolphin Pub. Llangennith, is home to many surfing competitions, and the Kings Head Pub is where everyone heads after a day on the beach.
Utility Room/Shower Room: Washer/dryer and door into large shower room, with a WC, hand basin and shower cubicle.
Lounge/Diner/Kitchen: Leather seating for 6, TV, DVD player, wood burner, a dining table and chairs for six, fridge, freezer, electric oven, 4-ring ceramic hob and microwave.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, hanging space and chest of drawers with large en suite shower room (shower cubicle, WC and hand basin).
Bedroom 2: 2 x single bed, hanging space and chest of drawers.

Lovely cottage in a great location with brilliant views across the Welsh Moor. Good for family and dog.
We had a pleasant holiday, the house was warm, the enclosed garden was lovely for the dogs. There was plenty of info on things to do, places to visit, walks and the glorious beaches. The views from the farm were amazing, lots of friendly sheep. Easy access to all beaches, excellent walking on the Welsh Moors. On the last day we had a problem with the car which Mark was able to sort out for us, so a big thank you.
