Western Lane is a beautifully renovated and stylishly presented fisherman's cottage very close to the sea front and the promenade, nestled in the village of Mumbles.

The cottage has three comfortable bedrooms, a stunning open-plan lounge/diner, beautiful fully-fitted kitchen, with all modern appliances.

Within easy reach are the numerous restaurants, cafes and shops of Mumbles including the popular Oyster Wharf, and the famous, family owned, Joe's Ice Cream Parlour. The beautiful beaches of Bracelet Bay, Langland Bay, Rotherslade and Caswell Bay are all close by and are ideal for a spot of surfing or a nice long walk. If this was not enough, the iconic Mumbles Lighthouse and Mumbles pier are just a short walk away.

Nice property in a great location for Mumbles. We managed to find parking on the roads nearby (3-4 minute walk) but I've no doubt this will be trickier in busy times. Well equipped, clean, tidy & nicely decorated. Would stay here again
