A well-presented, fully refurbished, 1-bedroom holiday chalet set in the landscaped gardens of Summercliffe Chalet Park - the perfect accommodation for couples and beach lovers. Just a short walk away is Caswell Bay, one of the most popular 'blue flag' beaches on Gower. There are beach shops and an excellent cafe at the entrance to Caswell Bay, whilst a village shop and pubs are only a few minutes away in the car at Newton and Bishopston.
The village of Mumbles is just 5 minutes more away with all its amenities, shops and restaurants. The City of Swansea, with all its attractions is at the other end of Swansea Bay. Caswell is part of the outstanding countryside of the Gower Peninsula. If you fancy a round of golf, Langland Golf Club is just a short drive away.
Kitchen: Wood-effect kitchen has an induction hob with oven under, undercounter fridge with ice box and a microwave.
Lounge/Diner: Solid wooden table and chairs seating 4 people, along with wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Coffee table and two 2-seat sofas - one of which converts into a sofa bed, ideal for a child or extra adult guest.

External: The chalet is one of a few with fully enclosed private gardens, complete with garden furniture and backing onto woodland which is full of birdsong and wildlife.
