The Outlook is a light, airy and sunny 1930's bungalow which offers a blend of original and contemporary features whilst looking out over the stunning coastal views of Port Eynon village and Port Eynon beach.
It is perfectly located for a whole host of activities including fishing, surfing, walking along many of the areas coastal paths and after a long sunny day at the beach you can enjoy the culinary delights and home cooked food at the Ship Inn, which is less than a 10 minute walk away in the village of Port Eynon. The Annexe, available at extra charge, offes a 5th bedroom.
Kitchen/Diner: Dining table and chairs, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
Living Room: Two 3-seat sofas, footstool, TV, DVD, CD player and a table and chairs for 8 people.
Sun Room: Sofa, further seating with coffee table views over Port Eynon point.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and chair.
Bedroom 2: Single bed, dressing table, mirror and wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath, wash basin, shower cubicle and WC.
Cloakroom: WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 3: 2 x single bed with a small chest of drawers.
Bedroom 4: Single bed, small chest of drawers and mirror.
External: Large terrace and gardens along with an al fresco dining area for 8 people. A table with 2 chairs and an area laid to lawn.
Annexe: The Outlook also has an annexe to the rear of the property which sleeps 2 people with a double bed, storage space and additional seating. It also has an en suite shower room with wash basin, WC and wet-room style open shower.

Annexe sleeps 2: This is available for a £150 supplement per week, excluding Summer holiday times (last two weeks of July and all of August) where it is included in the price.
There is only 2 spaces and any other cars must be parked in the village.

We absolutely loved this property. Its lovely and spacious, light and airey (except for the second downstairs bedroom but I think that was because the outside greenery was starting to encroach a little). The terrace and garden were an absolute joy, especially as we were blessed with lots of sunshine, with the view from the terrace being absolutely spectacular. Port Eynon is situated right along the beautiful Gower coast with easy access to all of the many surrounding beaches. We will definately be looking at returning next year.
