Situated in the Gower peninsula sits this charming one-bedroom property. Within walking distance to beaches, coastal paths, and local amenities this is a fantastic holiday home for a couple looking to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Distributed over one floor, inside the decor is neat and welcoming with creamy tones and swathes of natural light creating a soothing atmosphere. After a day out exploring, step into the open-plan living area and rustle up a hearty meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy a delicious dinner at the four-seater table or if the weather is good eat alfresco on the neat patio. Afterwards, curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a film on the TV. From here, elegant whitewashed walls sweep through to the en-suite double bedroom and with nothing here to disturb you, you’ll be sure of a good night’s sleep. In the morning, start the day with a refreshing shower or soak in the bath then step out onto the bedroom balcony and breathe in the fresh air. A small patio by the front door is overlooked by shrubs and trees and is a peaceful spot for morning coffee.

Mumbles beach is less than a mile from the property and is a small beach with a mix of sand and rock. It’s a good spot for rock pooling and overlooks a Victorian pier and Mumbles Lighthouse. From Mumbles walkers can pick up the coastal path and enjoy a gentle 5-mile stroll to Langland Point. Alternatively, pack a picnic and head to Mumbles Hill Local Nature Reserve or journey 1.5 miles to Langland Bay where you can swim in the sea, surf, and play golf.

Lovely property and very comfortable, however, description said it was 1mile from beach, shops, pub but did not say this was all downhill so someone with a heart condition could not walk it back.Owner very friendly and helpful.

We have been staying at Misgrove Annexe for years and they are friends. We booked sometimes through Home from Home which is part of your bigger organisation now. If you were to review past bookings you would have known we don't really need all the reminds to prepare for our holiday or to leave by 10am but I guess some do. Thanks

We love this accommodation and will be booking to go back again. Location is great, accommodation is spacious, well equipped, clean, and the owners are very welcoming and friendly. There are great walks, beaches and places to eat. We see this as our little home from home and have nothing bad to say about it. Even the rain didn't put us off. Comes Read morehighly recommended. The accommodation was in a good location and it had a space to park.It was spotless and a really comfortable bed. The hosts had provided lovely touches Fluffy white towels ,Prosecco, local beer and Welsh cakes It had good access to Mumbles and the costal path.
