This welcoming ground floor apartment is perfectly placed for enjoying a beach holiday, with private access to Caswell Bay just over 150 metres away. It’s all on one level with outside space, sea views, a sofa bed in the lounge and a separate twin bedroom, ideal for a couple or friends looking for a cosy coastal retreat.

With patio doors and large windows, the apartment has plenty of light. Step inside via the patio doors into the open-plan living space featuring a lounge, with comfy seating for relaxing, a sofa bed for two guests, a TV, and gorgeous views. Next to it is the dining area and a corner kitchen with everything you need for meals in. Head through to the inviting twin bedroom for a good night’s sleep, there’s also a shower room with a step-in shower with handrails. Take your morning cuppa or evening drink with you onto the balcony and enjoy the awesome beach and sea views.

The apartment is in an enviable position overlooking Caswell Bay, which is accessible by wheelchair and an excellent spot for sunbathing, building sandcastles, as well as surfing and paddleboarding for the more adventurous. You’ll find shops and cafes where you can get great coffee, delicious meals, and indulgent ice creams at one end of the bay. There’s also a surf and paddleboard school if you want to book lessons. Wander along the coast path where there are picturesque walks in both directions. Brandy Cove is 1 mile away, a small, secluded bay only reachable on foot, and Langland Bay (1.5 miles) is the other way, where there’s a super brasserie, a golf course and pretty beach huts. The stunning beaches of Rhossili (15 miles), Three Cliffs (6 miles) and Oxwich Bay (9.5 miles) are all within easy reach too.

There are 2 points to note #1 The joining instructions were inaccurate. The access to this property is via the individual front door facing the beach, not via the communal entrance at the rear of the property. #2 the electric shower unit cover was broken. There was a piece the size of a pound coin missing at the top right of the unit that would easRead moreily admit water from the adjacent shower head into the workings of the unit. I have photo if you require. This may be a safety issue. Hide

It's the location that's so good! It's our 3rd visit & we expect to return again next year. Unfortunately the gates to the site remain inoperative & hence several people not staying on site used the private car park & access to the beach particularly at weekends. Also despite the notices several people probably the strangers used barbecues leaving Read moredisposable ones littering the site . Finally despite the flat having internet connectivity it's not available to those renting the flat which due to its location does not connect to the internet via roaming etc . Hide

The apartment was looking very dated smelt damp on arrival had to wash thi gs before I could use them stayed in a different apartment ladt year which was excellent
