This top floor apartment with stunning sea views has undergone complete refurbishment to a very high standard. The apartment has wonderful views of Caswell Bay from the balcony or from the lounge which has floor to ceiling windows.
Caswell Bay is popular all year round with families and walkers. It has a kiosk selling beach toys, an ice cream parlour and The Surfside Cafe which serves light snacks. The beach has lifeguards throughout the summer period. Mumbles is just a 5 minute journey in the car.
Reception/Dining Area: 32 inch Smart TV and DVD player, Hifi with Bluetooth connection, WiFi, 2-seat top of the range reclining leather sofa, leather arm chair, oak dining table and 2 chairs, Laura Ashley soft furnishings, and access to the balcony.

A wonderful home from home with comfortable accommodation, offering outstanding views of Caswell Bay. We rarely return to a holiday spot but hope to do so with HFH and Redcliffe before too long.
This is our fourth visit to Redcliffe and 301 is by far the best! The weather has been kind and we have found new walks as well as enjoying old ones. Happy New Year to you all!
