A stunning top floor, 1-bedroom apartment, with 4-star approval, and finished to a very high standard with contemporary fixtures and fittings, underfloor heating, balcony and panoramic views over Caswell Bay.

The Redcliffe apartments are situated in a unique position overlooking Caswell Bay - each apartment has stunning sea views. There is a lawned area to the front of the building with private access to the beach, (manned by lifeguards from Easter to September) making it an ideal family holiday location.

The village of Mumbles is just a 5 minute car journey away with all its amenities, shops and restaurants. The City of Swansea, with all its attractions, and the outstanding countryside of the Gower Peninsula are within close proximity.

The apartment offers the perfect base for an Autumn/Winter break with 5% discount for senior citizens.

Reception/Dining Area: A sofa, armchair with footstool, TV and DVD player, dining table and 4 chairs and access to the balcony.

Kitchen: Well-equipped with ceramic hob, double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and slimline washing machine.

Master Bedroom: King size 'zip n link' bed which divides into 2 singles when preferred and hanging and storage space.

Bathroom: Floor to ceiling tiling, corner shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

External: Balcony with outdoor furniture for 2.

There is underfloor heating throughout, except the bedroom which is fully carpeted. 

Sleeps 2: 1 King size zip 'n' link bed which can be made into 2 single beds (2' 6" wide) if required

Would highly recommend. We stayed at the beginning of November and had good weather. It's a perfect place to unwind. Location on Caswell Bay is stunning and never tired of hearing and watching the sea. It was bliss. There are cafés at Caswell Bay and Langland Bay perfect when walking the coastal path. The apartment was clean and tidy and well equipped. We would definitely stay there again.

The strength of this property is the amazing view it offers of Caswell Bay. The changing light is a constant joy. The property whilst compact is comfortable and has everything you might wish for. The steps to the third floor are a little daunting if you have heavy luggage and supplies.
