A stylish one-bedroom property in an amazing location, this top-floor apartment has breath-taking views of Caswell Bay from the living room and balcony. Right on the Wales coast path with private beach access and flexible beds, it’s the ideal base for friends or a couple to have a wonderful seaside holiday and explore the stunning Gower peninsula.

With calming colours and a high-end finish, this apartment makes a very comfortable place to stay. Step into the open-plan living space, with a TV and DVD player, a flame effect electric fire and incredible views from the comfy sofas. There’s also an extendable dining table and seating for six and you’ll find everything you need for cooking tasty meals in the kitchen. The bedroom has a large picture window making it lovely and light, and a super-king bed, which can be made up as twins on request. The shower room houses a double shower and there’s cosy underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Patio doors in the living area open outside to the full-width balcony, with a table and chairs, perfect for watching the sunset.

Wander to the beach (just over 150 metres away) via the private path to relax on the golden sands, dip your toes in the sea or head to the nearby cafe and kiosks for refreshments. There are stunning walks in both directions on the coast path. Walk past pretty bays on your way into the Mumbles (2.5 miles), a bustling village with plenty of places to shop and eat out with gorgeous views of Swansea Bay. En route you’ll pass Langland Bay (1.5 miles) where there’s a stunning golf course on the headlands, or head west to Brandy Cove (1 mile), a small, secluded beach only accessible on foot.

Wonderful location and stunning views are the best features of this apartment. It is quite small, but adequate for a weeks stay and we were comfortable. Theres enough equipment and you could never tire of the view.

We both love this holiday property. It is the second time we have stayed here and would not hesitate to stay again. The view of Caswell Bay from any of the properties on the third floor is outstanding. Good easy car parking and private access to the beach makes the stay at Redcliffe even more enjoyable.

This was another wonderful stay at Caswell. Spotlessly clean apartment and very thoughtful touches of welshcakes and milk..a lovely welcome. We did get some confusing duplicate emails before our stay from Original Cot, Home from Home and then half way through our stay.
