Close to the seafront, the coast path and the popular seaside village of Mumbles, this dog-friendly chalet has a sun deck with great views plus two double bedrooms – an ideal destination for couples and small families.

The bright and airy feel of this contemporary property, which is set all on one level, is really appealing. The living space has an open-plan design, with comfy seating arranged around the TV and a dining table set by the French doors that lead to the sun terrace. In the elegant kitchen you’ll find everything you need for whipping up delicious holiday meals and snacks. When you’ve played some board games or caught up with a movie on the DVD player, choose between the two double bedrooms, both of which have mirrored, built-in wardrobes, and which share a shower room. The sweet terrace outside is perfect for drinks or meals in the fresh air, and has views of the sea and Mumbles lighthouse.

Located in the popular area of Limeslade, the chalet is 150m from the coastal path and seafront. Walk to Rotherslade Bay (1 mile) with its breathtaking scenery and small, sandy beach, or head for the lighthouse and the cosmopolitan seaside village of Mumbles (1.5 miles). Here you can stroll along the prom and Victorian pier, visit Oystermouth Castle, enjoy boutique shopping and then wine and dine the night away. Clyne Golf Club, one of the best courses in Wales, is 4 miles away and, for days on the waves or in the sand, many of Gower’s fabulous beaches are within easy reach, including the rocky shoreline of Bracelet Bay less than half a mile from the chalet and, for the more adventurous (it’s only reachable via footpaths), pretty Pwll Du Bay, 8 miles.

We were looking for somewhere with a view of the coast, in a quiet and slightly more rural location. We absolutely adored that the property was away from the main street, with little to no sound of the traffic or over head street lights. It held the perfect vantage point for coastal paths, views of the coast line and local amenities for the type Read moreof holiday we were looking for. Thank you for the information pack, it worked wonders for helping us find our way around. Thanks again. Hide

A little too expensive thanks to extra expense of booking through a middleman.

Pretty chalet in a good location for exploring beaches restaurants and shops.. Beautiful view of the Mumbles lighthouse from the courtyard where table and chairs make a relaxing place to sit and eat. Garden full of lovely roses in June. Would definitely recommend.

Supplies of toilet roll would of been nice in the property, we were advised to bring tea towels & dishwashing clothes which we did but were actually in the property. The Wi-Fi was very sporadic & not reliable.
