Gan-Y-Mor (by the sea) is a pet-friendly, Victorian seafront cottage which has been refurbished to a very high standard to provide a light and airy, contemporary holiday home with wonderful views across Swansea Bay towards Mumbles Head.
The seafront promenade is just across the road and all the amenities of Mumbles are just a 2-minute walk away.
Reception: Open plan lounge/diner. 2 large sofas, log burner along with flatscreen TV and DVD player and Xbox 360. The dining area has a modern table and chairs for 6.
Kitchen: Miele washer/dryer, Bosch electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine and microwave.
Master Bedroom: King size bed and wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: King/twin zip and link bed and wardrobes.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and basin.
External: The sun-drenched rear garden is terraced with garden furniture for 4.
Access to the terraced rear garden (may not be suitable for small children or people with mobility issues).

Perfect location, everything we needed at this property - beautiful views.
Excellent internal accommodation. Extremely comfortable beds. Overall decor relaxing. Well-equipped kitchen. Excellent view from the property of the bay and lovely walks along the promenade. Cannot fault the property and the views from it, which on the whole made up for the busy road.
Great home with very easy access to Mumbles centre. Great walks along the promenade and easy car access to the Gower coastal walks. Car parking permit enabled safe parking in the public car park that was approximately a minute from the property.
